|Day 1||Ho Chi Minh||Arrive Hanoi, pick you up at the airport to hotel for check-in, enjoy the first day in Ho Chi Minh.

|Day 3||Mekong Delta||After breakfast, we will drive to Mekong Delta. You will visit Cai Be floating market on boat. Lunch will be served at Ut Trinh home. Afternoon, you will join biking on village paths to see the local farms. Drive to Can Tho to check in and relax. Overnight in Can Tho||B/L/D|
|Day 4||Hue||After breakfast at the hotel, start from Ninh Kieu boat quay, you will cruise along the small and picturesque canals and stop to see the Cai Rang floating market. Lunch at local restaurant and come back Hanoi for flight to Hue.
Arrive Hue airport, pick you up to hotel for check in. Overnight in Hue.

|Day 6||Hoian||Following breakfast, depart to Hoian. On the way we will stop to visit Cham Museum and Marble Mountain. Arrive Hoian, check in room and relax. In the morning, join Hoian City Tour and visit famous destinations including Hoi An’s Colorful Local Market, Tan Ky Old House, Fu Jian Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. |Day 7||Hoian||Breakfast at hotel. Morning, we will visit Tra Que vegetable village. In Tra Que, you will be touch cultivation methods and join the farmers in gardening activities and relax by soaking your feet in a local herbal remedy, visit Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest. . Transfer via: International flight – your arrangement
On arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon), you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to the hotel in the downtown. Check in the hotel and free on your own to walk around the city center. Be acquainted with the liveliness of this young city.
In the evening, have welcome dinner hosted by us. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
After breakfast at hotel, your private guide will meet you at your hotel lobby. A one and half hour drive takes you to Cu Chi Tunnels where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing an web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American troops. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, have a city tour including the Reunification Hall, formerly known as the Presidential Palace. It was towards this modern building that Communist tanks rolled on the morning of April 30, 1975, as Saigon fell. This fascinating building is filled with history still fresh in the minds of many. The tour also includes the War Remnants Museum, the Old Post Office, Chinatown and Binh Tay Market – the central market for the city and one of the liveliest areas. Drive back to your hotel. Free at leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
This morning, take a drive to the Mekong River Delta and reach the town of Cai Be.
The program today will start with the visit of Cai Be colorful floating market cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables. Then, an optional stop can be made at local workshops where you can see how to make rice paper, and pop-rice, pop-corn…
The rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals and to enjoy the peaceful time. It is so interesting to see traditional houses made of wood and palm tree leaves and see some activities of the local farmers with an opportunity to make contacts with them and see how they catch fish…
Lunch can be served at Ut Trinh home. After lunch, we can walk around and then we will enjoy some kinds of fruits when listening to the traditional music.
One more thing to do in this trip is biking on village paths to see the local farms, houses, real life and the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta..
The cruise will end at Vinh Long city. Then drive to your hotel in Can Tho to check in and relax. Overnight in Can Tho.
Today, after breakfast at the hotel, start from Ninh Kieu boat quay, you will cruise along the small and picturesque canals and stop to see the Cai Rang floating market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats). We stop to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the daily activities of the local who live along the Mekong canals. Walking through the village. Lunch at local restaurant.
Spare time to walk around the village. Later on transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City for flight to Hue. Pick up and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Hue.

8:00 The guide will pick you up at your hotel. You will take a cyclo for to visit the Old Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty rules between 1802 and 1945, containing the Imperial City, the Forbidden Purple City and take the van to the Imperial Museum. We will have a boat trip along romantic Perfume River to visit Thien Mu pagoda – one of the most famous religious tourist sites in Hue. Next keep cruising downstream to visit Ming Mang tomb. After the lunch at local restaurant, you will visit a typical garden house of Hue city, which was built according to precise rules of geomancy and experience the serene and pleasant feelings it might bring you. Rest of the time is your own free discovery the city. Overnight in Hue.
After breakfast, we will be on 4 –hour journey to Hoian. The winding road begins as we make our way up the Hai Van pass. The breath -taking view from the top of the pass is one of Vietnam’s most impressive panoramic scenes. We also make stop for relaxation at charming Lang Co Beach. Our next stop is Da Nang City, famous for the Cham Museum and the China Beach, a place called R and R (Rest and Rehabilitation) where thousands of American GIs came for a break during the war in Vietnam. Also, we have a short sightseeing at the Marble Mountain, whose peaks represent the five elements of the universe.
Arriving in Hoian in the early afternoon, we enjoy lunch, check in hotel and then start a walking tour through the Ancient Town. Here we can see the vestige of the mix combination of Chinese and Japanese architecture as well as traditional cultural values. In December, 1999 Hoian is declared a Unesco World Heritage site. Follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit its numerous places of interest: the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, the local fish market. Overnight in Hoian.
Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby, then you will cycle around Hoi An towards the Tra Que vegetable village – About 150 farmers and 400 owners live on there and cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs such as mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, broccoli and many more. From the more than 40 hectares of land 8 tons of Village Tra vegetables are sold every year. The vegetable growers do not use pesticides or GMOs, using natural fertilizers instead, including seaweed found in the river and harvested by gardeners every morning.
During the walk, you will cross vast rice fields in the countryside and quiet road, far away from the tourist trails. You will see the activities of the inhabitants through the villages of Hoian.
Walk in Tra Que vegetable village and meet local people working in the garden.
The local farmer will teach you all about cultivation methods and how to protect developing vegetable from the insects as well as join the farmers in preparing gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.
Continue riding through paddy field, Ba Le market, kindergarten … until reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest – about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf . This place had ever been the refuge for people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, it is famous for providing the most seafood products.
You will be warmly welcomed at Mr. Han – a 3 generations family, taste of green tea and stroll through the village. You will row a basket boat within the hands of skillful locals and discover their techniques of traditional fishery in water coconut forest.
Back Mr. Han’ family for enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, traditional therapeutic practice before getting ready to prepare lunch with a local family. Lunch will feature many local delicacies, such as Tam Huu spring rolls, BanhXeo local pancakes, grilled fish in banana leaf and others.
After lunch, free time and take a short rest before returning to your hotel at about 3.30PM. Free on your own. Overnight in Hoian.
Today is a free day on your own. You could take the bike from your hotel, bike around the ancient town, bike further to the countryside, or to the beach nearby. Taste as many local food as you prefer. Overnight in Hoian.
Transfer to Danang airport for flight to Hanoi for two-night stay. Pick up and transfer to hotel and free on your own to discover the Old Quarter and taste very delicious local cuisine. Overnight in Hanoi
8.00: We’ll pick you up from your hotel take you to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of the beloved national hero, Uncle Ho – and President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived off and on from 1958 to 1969.
9.30: You’ll visit the One Pillar Pagoda, which is actually a group of structures that collectively make up a pagoda built over the water in the middle of a square lake.
After that, you’ll have a chance to explore the Tran Quoc Pagoda on the shore of west lake. From there, it’s onto the Temple of literature, which was Viet nam’s first university and is dedicated to Confucius.
12.30: You have lunch at the restaurant in the Old Quarter. Afterwards, you’ll visit Hoan Kiem Lake – the heart and soul of Hanoi.
OPTION 1: TUE, THU, SAT, SUNDAY
You’ ll stop in at MUSEUM OF ETHNOLOGY.This superb museum showcases the depth of Vietnamese cultural diversity with an astounding collection of 15,000 artifacts gathered from throughout Vietnam. Maps, displays and dioramas are labelled in Vietnamese, French and English. Displays portray a typical village market, the making of comical hats and a Tay shamanic ceremony; videos show the real thing. You can also check out a traditional Black Thai house reconstructed in the museum. There’s also a centre for research and conservation where scientists from all over the world study traditional Vietnamese cultures.
OPTION 2: MONDAY, WED, FRI
Depart for Bat Trang ceramic village which is about 20 km away from Ha Noi, this is pottery village with a half- milleary historic development.
15.30 – 16.00: Take the car come back your hotel.

09.30: We cruise passing several floating hamlets including Cap La and Cong Dam, we enter the Centre of pristine Bai Tu Long Geology Park. A whole day of fun and relaxation with more kayaking, more swimming, sandy beaches. We’ll leave all the crowds behind and cruise deeper into Bai Tu Long Bay
12.00: back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at noontime
14.00: Spend more time for relaxing, kayaking, cave visiting and swimming
16.30: Return to the main boat and enjoy sunset party afterwards
